Detached folio from a dispersed copy of the Qur'an; recto: Sura al- Araf (the Heights) 7: part of 13, 14-19, and part of 20; verso: sura 7:20-23 and part of 24; Arabic in gold naskhi script outlined in black; inscribed illuminated rosette verse markers; marginal medallions containing the word "ashrun" (twenty) indicating end of a twentieth verse; vocalized in red, diacritics in red, letters for recitation and reading in blue, sukun in blue; one column; 9 lines of text.
