 Object file. Acquired while Mr. and Mrs. Osborne and Gratia Hauge were living in Bangkok (1967-1972 or 1973). The major sources were dealers in Bangkok, the weekend market in Bangkok, and vendors in Ayutthaya.

Jar of conical form with small mouth and broad shoulder tapering towards foot and flat base. Finger-impressed marks on the middle of the body left by potter while removing vessel from the throwing wheel.
Clay: light grey stoneware. Bloating probably caused by steam expanding within clay body not sufficiently dried before firing.
