Clay: medium grey stoneware with white impurities; coarse and grainy.
Glaze: clear, glossy, transparent; marred by pinholes on both interior and exterior; foot and base unglazed.
Decoration: painted in underglaze iron pigment on thick creamy white slip; a dot encircled by two concentric circles on the centre, a concentric circle below the interior of the rim while three circles on the exterior.
