This is a baby's hood (nati) with geometric and bird designs in satin stitches and discs of mirror glass. The stitch may indicate Sodha community.

Baby's hoods are known as topi and nati. The cotton thread has been embroidered in both single soof and double soof. Soof is embroidered from the back of the cloth. Double soof creates a slightly embossed effect.
