Folio from a dispersed manuscript; Persian in black nasta'liq script; recto: unrelated text from Yusuf va Zulaykha, four columns, twenty-one lines; verso: Two Demons Attacked by Four Flying Angels; one of a group of four; surface worn.
Border: The text is set in gold and green rulings on paper with landscape and animal motifs; the painting is set in grey and gold rulings on a green paper with floral motifs mounted on paperboard.
