Clay: light gray stoneware with black flecks.
Glaze: translucent, bluish where thick; spill of extra glaze down one side of body; inside of lid, base and foot unglazed.
Decoration: incised concentric grooves around knob and base of body; painted in underglaze iron, radiating pointed forms on lid and vinescroll on body.
