Open Studio: Pop-Up Textile Makerspace

Join us for family-friendly activities exploring To Dye For: Ikats from Central Asia. Discover the connections between textile-making technologies past and present with visiting experts from Futuremakers. Drop into our studio and try your hand at making a piece of fiber art to take home. At 12:30 and 2:30 pm, take a tour with an F|S educator to learn how ikats are made and how they have inspired fashion today. All ages welcome with adult companions.
